Mary Ann Cross Holt, age 82, of Mount Pleasant, TN passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN, after an extended illness. She was a resident of Maury County, TN, but was born in Lawrence County, TN on November 18, 1935. She was Co-Owner of L.D. General Maintenance Contractors, a member of Ethridge Church of Christ, and was involved in many civic and political affairs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe M. Holt; father, Garland Cross, Sr.; mother, Margaret Thomas Cross; and three brothers, Garland Cross Jr., Billy James Cross, and Jessie Ray Cross.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 13, 2017, with David Stofel officiating. Interment will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens in Maury County, TN.
