Mary Alice Howard, age 81, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 2:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Love Joy Cemetery. Bro. B.J. Mills to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.

Mary Alice was born on August 14, 1944 in Brookside, AL to the late George Patchen and the late Christine Garrett Patchen. She attended Kennedy High School. Mary was previously employed at McCoy Manufacturing and Chromalox. She enjoyed being outside working with her flowers and gardening. Mary also loved listening to gospel music. She attended Life Church. Her loving spirit and tender heart will always be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
