Marvin Elvin Handley, age 88, of Jasper, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 24, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Boldo Cemetery. Michael Banks and Lewis Smith will officiate.
Mr. Handley was preceded in death by his Sister-Clistie Siebert; Brothers-Hershell Handley, James Handley, Hollis Handley, Claudie Handley and Elzie Handley; Daughter-Nadine Hilbourn; Father-Matt Handley; Mother-Ella Ann Crocker Handley; Wife-Frances Louise Handley.
He is survived by his Daughter-Judy D. Elliott of Jasper; Sister-Willie Burton of Jasper; Grandchildren-Ina Schultz (Richard) and Tammy Mathews (Wesley); Great Grandchildren-Nathanael Schultz, Noah Schultz, Nevaeh Matthews and Isaiah Matthews.
Pallbearers will be Phillip Bonham, Lee Coleman, Michael Handley, Tim Tesseneer, Rick Schultz and Wayne King.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Richard Schultz.
