Martin Kilpatrick “Pat” Lewis, 87, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday. Mr. Lewis was a member of Latham United Methodist Church and belonged to the Huntsville Traditional Music Association. He loved attending the Old Time Fiddling Convention. His favorite activity was to study the stock market.
Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his parents, Young K. and Alpha Martin Lewis, and a sister, Alpha Young Linn. Survivors include his wife, Sarah King Lewis; son, John Kilpatrick Lewis (Precilla), and stepson, Rev. Dallas E. Culver (Melisha); eight grandchildren; and sister, Abbielucinda Weatherford (Thomas).
Visitation will be from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 7 at Latham United Methodist Church. The funeral service will follow at the church with the Rev. Mike Ratliff and the Rev. Dallas Culver officiating. Burial will be in King Cemetery in Leighton, AL.
