Martha Katherine Kelley, 79 of Arab passed away Sunday, April 12, 2026, as a result of an automobile accident. She was born September 16, 1946, the daughter of Carl Bagwell and Dorothy Evans Bagwell. She was retired from Atrion and a member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. She was married to Oneal Kelley for 53 years at the time of their passing, April 12, 2026.
She is survived by her chosen children: Lynne Kelley Roberts and Ginger Kelley Shook (Richard); grandchildren: Brandon Roberts (Melanie), Kelli Roberts, Tre` Shook and Matt Norris; great grandchild: Zoey Roberts; brothers: J.D. Bagwell (Sandra) and Clarence Bagwell (Jan); host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Oneal Kelley; parents: Carl and Dorothy Bagwell; siblings: Doris Holaway (Lavoid), Melba Ruth Bodine (Nelson), Mary Smith (Verdell) and Ivar Jean Bagwell.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Greg Stone and Brother Michael Lackey officiating. The burial will be in Arab Memorial Cemetery, Gober Funeral Chapel directing.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church.
Pallbearers: Richard Shook, Jacob Harvey, Joshua Harvey, Tre` Shook, Brandon Roberts and Bucky Rowe.
