Martha Jane Thigpen, 80, of Anderson died Tuesday, August 26th, 2014 at Florence Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Visitation will be Friday from 10 – 11 a.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow immediately in the chapel with burial in Mitchell Cemetery.
Ms. Thigpen was preceded in death by her daughter, Evaline Brown; son, Ronnie Linville and step-daughter, Darlene Nash. She is survived by her husband, Burlen Thigpen; children, Roger (Brenda) Linville, Iline (Thomas) Homchik; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; step-children, Michael Thigpen and Lisa (Johnny) Johnson.
