Martha Glenn “Doodle” Tate, 85, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday at Elkins Funeral Home, Florence. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church, Florence, with burial in Florence Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lake E. Tate Jr.
