Martha Elaine Johnson, age 79, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg. She was a native of Loretto, TN, and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Ruby Thompson Newton; and two brothers, Pete Newton and Bud Newton.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, June 02, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, June 03, 2016, with Bobby Pepper officiating. Interment will follow at Leoma Cemetery in Leoma, TN.
