Martha Ann Willingham Denney, 78 of Cullman, formerly of Arab, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025, at her residence. She was born October 14, 1947, in Birmingham the daughter of Fielding Willingham and Mary Drummond Willingham. She was a graduate of Woodlawn High School. She was a fun-loving person, who never met a stranger and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren. She worked at Floral Design, finding a passion that she continued to do at home, designing flowers for herself and the public.
She is survived by her sons: Levohn Denney (Shawna), Jeff Denney (Trey) and Randy Denney; daughter: Brandy Denney ( Jacqueline); grandchildren: Lane Denney (McKenna), Eli Denney, Levi Denney, Jaxon Denney, Walker Denney and Shayla Waldner (Caleb); great grandchildren: Tuff Denney, Conley Waldner and Grace Lynn Waldner; brother: Nelvage Willingham (Kaye); sister: Marie Harris; special friend: Lou Rasco; fur babies: Sadie and Lil mama; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by son: Daryel Sharitt; parents: Fielding and Mary Willingham; brother: John Willingham and sister: Joan Lipham.
Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at New Friendship Cemetery, Gober Funeral Chapel directing.
