Martha Ann Cottrell, 82, of Anderson, passed away, July 19, 2025 at North Alabama Medical Center. She worked at South Trust Bank and was a dairy farmer and sewing machine operator. She retired from ECM Hospital.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 23rd from 10:30 – 11:00 a.m. at Northside Church of Christ. Funeral service will follow at the church with burial in Barnett Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Thomas Cottrell, Bruce Springer, Jessi Springer, Cody Springer, Zachary Hopper, Curtis Liverett; honorary, Dale Cottrell and Joe Springer.
Mrs. Cottrell was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Danny T. Cottrell; parents, E.N. & Mary Lee Mason; brother, Wade Mason. She is survived by her children, Michelle (Wayne) Hopper; Steven Cottrell and Dan (Lynlie) Cottrell, II; grandchildren, Alexandra and Zachary Hopper and Nellie Cottrell; sister, Darlene Adams.
