Marlin Douglas Gurganus, age 75 of Trafford, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens. Chris Sherer will officiate.
Mr. Gurganus was preceded in death by his Father-Vile Vernon Gurganus; Mother-Mary Magdalene Gurganus; Sisters-Rhonda Noah and Denise Gilmore; Grandfather-D.H. Holdbrooks; Grandmother-Lydia Leotha Holdbrooks.
He is survived by his Wife-Donna Gurganus of Trafford; Son-Derik Gurganus of Jasper; Sister-Cynthia Prescott (Gary) of Nauvoo; Brothers-Terry Gurganus (Cathy) and Anthony Gurganus (Libby) both of Jasper; 13 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.
