Mr. Mark Sikes, age 56, passed away on Thursday in Lexington. He was born September 15, 1963 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Harold D. and Maxine Peters Sikes. He was owner of Churchwell Pest Control and enjoyed fishing, hockey, and Nascar. Mark was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother and loved his animals. Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Mrs. Brenda Sikes; his two sons, Matthew Sikes (Ambrea) and Clayton Sikes; his three stepchildren, Cade Henson, Brienna Sedan, and Kara Brown; two brothers, Eric Sikes and Tim Sikes (Jane); his sister, Lisa Hart (Layne); and two grandchildren, Everett Sikes and Emma Tucker. Private, family only graveside services for Mr. Sikes will be Friday at Palestine Cemetery in Yuma. Because of the Covid-19 concerns, and respecting the 10 or less group size, for the safety of everyone’s family there will be no visitation or services at Pafford Funeral Home.
