Mark Edward Garner, 54, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026, at his mother’s home in Mooreville, after an extended illness. He was born December 6, 1971, in Charleston, SC. He lived most of his life in Perry County, MS. He was a construction worker. He enjoyed raising chickens, playing cards, and studying the Bible.
There will be no public services. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his mother, Shirley A. Garner of Mooreville; his father, Donald Wayne Garner of Crystal River, FL.
