Mark Cagney, 39 of Empire, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at a local hospital. He is survived by his wife Cagney Joiner, three children Mark Joiner, Jr., Zeb Joiner and Bahai Joiner, his father Robert Joiner, foster brother Christopher Long, sister-in-law Kayla Harris, brother-in-law James Harris, father in law Chris Tolbert, step mother in law Betty Tolbert and aunt Sandra.
Mark was a loving husband and father. He was straightforward and would not hesitate to tell you what he thought.
