Mark B. Allen, age 72, of Empire, passed away April 15, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Doyle and Verla Allen; brothers, Jimmy Allen and David Allen as well as his nephews Mark David Allen and Nathan Dill. Mark is survived by his wife of 35 years, Marie Allen; sisters, Sue Robbins, Sandra Dill and Shirley Allen; brother, Jerry “Jughead” Allen; nieces and nephews, Christopher, Kim, Shelly, Tanya, Matthew, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Zachary, Noah and Anthony. Mark was a funny and loving man. He enjoyed playing his guitar, fishing, coon and deer hunting. Funeral services will be held at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 11 am. The family will receive guests from 10-11 am. Burial will follow at Rices Chapel Cemetery. Bro Joel Carden officiating.
