Mr. Mark Alan Griffith, age 66, of Morrison, TN, (Smartt Station Community) died Saturday, December 17, 2022, at Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was born August 01, 1956, in McMinnville, TN, to the late Billy N. and Ann Crouch Griffith. In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by a brother Kenneth Griffith. A retired deputy sheriff and lieutenant for the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, he served as former Constable in District 3, and served with the Tennessee Army National Guard.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years Renee Grove Griffith, children Jessica (Tyler) Scott and Jeremy, grandchildren Parker Griffith, Cooper Scott, and Ember Scott, sister Sharon (Roger D.) Reed, and a brother Dale (Donna) Griffith.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 21, 2022, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Harlen Simmons will officiate. Interment will follow at Grange Hall Cemetery. The Griffith Family will receive friends Tuesday from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and again Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
