Ms. Marion Rose Jones, 76, of Section, died on Sunday, February 9, 2020.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Section Bluff Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Jones is survived by her sons, Terry (Faye) Medlock, Donald (Barbara) Medlock, Penny Medlock, and John Rudloff; grandchildren, Cody Medlock, Tony Medlock, Amber Medlock, Melissa Clark, Carrie Meyer, Brittany Talley, Sabrina Dowdy, Savanna Greczkowski, and Adam Greczkowski; 13 great grandchildren; sisters, Edith Willmon and Theresa Stephens; brothers, Howard Jones and Jerry Jones; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandchildren, Jessica Lashay Medlock and Nellie Iola Medlock; parents, Howard and Iola “Toad” Jones; sister, Patricia Gillespie; and brother, Nathan Jones.
