Marilyn Stewart Ray, age 81, Haleyville, AL. passed away Thursday March 22, 2018 at her home. She was a graduate of Auburn University, member of First Baptist Church in Haleyville, AL.
Her visitation will be Saturday March 24, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, with her funeral at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel, with Dr. TB Stringfellow officiating. Burial in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
Marilyn is survived by her husband of 59 years, Kenneth Ray; children Sharon Carpenter, her husband Doug and Pat Ray, his wife Susan; sister, Miriam McCrory; grandchildren, Kevin Carpenter and Samantha Harrison, her husband Colby.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Sidney and Miriam Mims Stewart; son, Alan Ray.
