A Memorial service for Marilyn Steele Ballentine, 81, will be Sunday, August 4, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with Pastor John H. Ninke and Pastor Bernard Ansorge officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, August 4, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Ballentine died on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at her residence. She was born June 13, 1938, in Kansas to George Milton Steele and Evangeline Ruth Moody Steele. She was a homemaker and wonderful mother and grandmother. She attended Missouri Synod Lutheran Church and the Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hartselle. Preceding her in death were her her husband: Larry Joe Ballentine, her parents, a daughter: Cynthia Ballentine Peebles, a sister: Joyce Steele Downer and a grandson: Charles Peebles.
