Funeral service for Marie Lynch Ward, 88, will be Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Anthony Patterson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Gum Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ward died on Monday, May 12, 2014 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born October 22, 1925, in Morgan County to Ervin E. Lynch and Lena H. Hopper Lynch. Mrs. Ward has been married to her husband Hobson Ward, Jr. for 71 years. She was a member of the Eastern Star, the Geneological Society and was a retired LPN – nurse formerly employed by Hartselle Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents
