departed this life December 16, 2021.
She was a faithful and dedicated member of First Baptist Church, College Avenue, Russellville, Alabama.
Marie was preceded in death by her son, Lee Nelson, Jr., her mother, Levester James, her father, Sam Hobbs, her brothers, Bobby Hobbs, Sam Hobbs, Jr., Owen Hobbs, Willie Hobbs, Albert Lewis Hobbs, Sr.; her sisters, Lucille Murphy, Edna White, Martha Hobbs Fleming, Sarah McCall; hergreat grandson, Caden Salley,
She leaves to cherish her memories: one grand- daughter: Laccasha Salley (Paul), three great grandchildren: Trejan Bonds, Jacolbi Salley, and Jamhal Salley; one brother: William Hobbs; two sisters: Gloria Brown (Hubert), and Bridget Flores (Daniel); one uncle: Charles Thomas; extended family: Grissom and Foster; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
