Funeral for Marguerite W. Faller, 92, of Decatur, will be Monday, October 13, 2014, at noon at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Eddie Scheler officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Mausoleum. Visitation is tonight, Sunday, October 12, 2014, from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Faller died October 10, 2014, at her son’s home. She was born December 8, 1921, to Winfred Theodore and Louisa C. Wire. She was preceded in death by her husband August Faller. She was retired from Aetna Insurance H.R. Department in Hartford, CT. and was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She loved baking, gardening and quilting. She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include her son, Craig Faller and wife Celia; one daughter, Joyce Resch and husband Robert; four grandchildren, Todd Faller, Michele Braswell, Ryan Resch and Stacy Maloon; four great-grandchildren, Mia Faller, Tye Faller, Ashley Braswell and Heather Braswell.
