Funeral Service for Margie Ellen Nix of Baileyton will be at 11am, Saturday, December 21, 2019, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Bishop James Arthur Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairview Baptist Cemetery.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Nix went to be with the Lord December 17, 2019, at the age of 86.
She was born on November 18, 1933 to Garland Horace Deerman and Marguretta Hesly Evans.
Mrs. Nix was preceded in death by her parents, Garland Horace Deerman and Marguretta Hesly Evans; her husband, Willie J Nix; her son, Ronald Eugene Nix; her brother, Roger Deerman and her sisters, Katie Conner and Roxie Deerman.
She is survived by her daughters, Marsha (Greg) Dube, Fredia (Thomas) Critz, Theresa Diane Carroll; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Olivia, Josh, Dillion, Jessica, Melissa, Kathy, Tammy and Robert; several great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 21, 2019, from 10am-11am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
