Margene Alexander, age 67 of Carbon Hill, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at her residence.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Walker Memory Gardens. Steven Ennis will officiate.
Mrs. Alexander was preceded in death by her Brothers-James Allred, David H. Allred and John Wesley; Sisters-Mary Smothers, Gayzell Spain, Geraldine Waid and Bobbie Nell Allred; Brothers-in-law-George Taylor, Jr., Winfred Stewart, Robert H. Alexander, Hubbert Smothers, Donzell Waid and Ken Blankensopp; Sister-in-law-Wynell Allred; Grandparents-Columbus and Nan Akins, Frank and Nancy Allred.
She is survived by her Husband-Roger D. Alexander; Daughters-Misty Gray (Daniel) and Gina Cefalo (Nick); Sisters-Joyce Stewart, Debra Taylor and Shelia Crump (Alan); Sister-in-law-Janet Blankensopp; Brother-Jerry Allred (Kathy); Mother-in-law-Retha A. Alexander; 9 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren; Host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Hayden Gray, Brayden Gray, Ethan Bailey, Mike Walton, Daniel Gray, Nick Cefalo, Kason Madden, Phillip Allred and Scott Allred.
