Margaret Rose Reeves, 85, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Terrace Manor Nursing Home, Russellville, AL. She was born in Vina, AL to Henry Renfrow and Vena Scott Renfrow. Margaret was a school bus driver for twenty-five years. She attended Hodges Convention Baptist Church where she played the piano for over thirty years and was very strong in her faith.
Services will be Sunday, December 7, 3 p.m. at Hodges Convention Baptist Church, Hodges, AL with Bro. Loyd Ray Griffus officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, December 7, 1-3 p.m. at Hodges Convention Baptist Church. Burial will be in Holly Springs Cemetery, Hodges, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by three daughters, Wendy Reeves, Kristi Cleveland and Cassie Ridge (Kevin); a son, Zack Reeves; four grandchildren, Jimmy Cleveland (Kristen), Kendrick Cleveland, Grayson Ridge and Harleigh Ridge; two great-grandchildren, Case Cleveland and Lydia Cleveland and a host of special nieces and nephews whom she cherished and loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Gray Reeves; a daughter, Tricia Reeves; her parents; three sisters, Hariet Myers, Bernice Kilpatrick and Vernell Lucas and four brothers, Raybob, Chuck, Wilmer and Elgin Renfrow.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Lucas, Chad Oliver and Bradley Fredrick. Honorary pallbearer will be Grayson Ridge.
