Funeral service for Margaret Mooneyham Goree, 88, will be Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Somerville Baptist Church with Dr. Shane Lewis, Bro. Mark Goree and Chaplain Richard Thompson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Church.
Mrs. Goree died on Monday, June 13, 2016 at her residence. She was born April 3, 1928, in Morgan County to William Thomas Mooneyham and Rosa Leeanna Plemons Mooneyham. Margaret was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a life long resident of Somerville, Alabama and a member of Somerville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 66 years: Odell Goree.

A host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Brad Murphy, Ken Goree, Chris Goree, Ethan Patterson, Seth Goree, Taylor Stinnett, Logan Goree, Mark Goree and Kyle Goree.
The family would like to thank the Hospice of the Valley, with special acknowledgements to our nurse: Katie Shell and Hospice Aid: Alison Lyle.
