Margaret Dean Holland Faulkner, 77, returned to her heavenly home on Feb. 27, 2017. She was born to the late John Thomas and Dolly Mae Rhodes Holland in Nashville, Tennessee on March 25, 1939. She had a firm faith in Christ and her family and friends take comfort in knowing she is rejoicing in Heaven, where there are no tears. Margaret had a deep love for her children and friends and an affinity for chocolate, horses and Vestal Goodman’s singing. She was lovingly cared for by the team at Falkville Healthcare, and considered them family.

She is dearly missed by her loved ones, who celebrate the fact that she is at peace with her Savior.

Margaret is preceded in passing by her beloved mother and father; her baby brother, Clayton; and her former husband and lifelong friend, Warner Craig Faulkner. She is survived by her beloved brother, Tom (Kellie); her cherished children, Chris D. (Leighanna Wyatt), Spencer (Tammy) and Dina Sanders (Brent); Cathy George, whom she considered a daughter; her treasured grandchildren, Farrah Nelson (Eric), Karson and Emily; and her precious great-granddaughter, Audrey.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017, from noon to 1 p.m. with the service to be conducted immediately after by Reverend Richard Barham of Spirit of the Cross, where she was a member. Margaret will be laid to rest in Roselawn Cemetery. The family would appreciate prayers, condolences and memories.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
