Margaret Davis Parker, age 83, of Dora, AL, passed away peacefully October 24, at her home, surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Flo Davis, and her baby girl, Susan Kay Parker.
She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Ralph Parker; her daughter and favorite son in law, Linda and Randy Spears; her granddaughter Sara Beth Spears; her granddaughter Maggie Pitts, along with her husband Adam and their two children, Davis and Parker; and a whole host of cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and other relatives that she loved dearly.
Margaret loved life.
Margaret loved people, especially her family.
Margaret loved to laugh.
Margaret loved the Lord.
And Margaret loved Dora First Baptist Church.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, October 26. Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:00, followed by a service at 7:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, Margaret had requested that donations be made to a special fund at Dora First Baptist Church set up in her name.
