  Margaret GloverMargaret Ann Glover, 78, was called to her heavenly home on November 9th, 2019 after a courageous battle with a long illness. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God sustained her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.

She was born in Huntsville, AL on April 23rd, 1941 to the late Ernest P. and Nellie Brockway Honea. After graduating from New Hope High School in 1960, she went on to work at P.R. Mallory until their closing. Shortly after, she became a caregiver to people in their homes.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters: Leona Meeks, Marie Kearney, Ola Mae Hughes, Ethel Rohrmoser, and Dorothy Barnett.

She is survived by daughter, Angela Wright of Owens Cross Roads, AL; son, Joey Glover of Huntsville, AL; grandchildren, April & Rusty Hyatt, Tyler Wright, and Olivia Grace Henley all of Owens Cross Roads, AL; brothers, Edward Honea and Ernest Honea, Jr.; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 12th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Home Going Services will be held at Owens Cross Roads Baptist Church on Wednesday, November 13th at 1:00 PM with Rev. Charles Miller, Rev. Rusty Hyatt, and Jerry Craig officiating. Her body will lie in repose one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Moon Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jody Carpenter, Scotty Clark, Dewayne Jones, Mike Kennedy, Chris Layne, Robert Norman, Michael Stapler, and Tyler Wright.

Honorary Pallbearers and Flower Girls will be her classmates from New Hope High School class of 1960.
