Marcia McDougald, age 73, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at River City Nursing Home. Born on February 4, 1952, in Madison County, Alabama, she was the beloved daughter of Donald Leonard Lentz, Sr. and Geneva Nunley Lentz.
Marcia was a devoted mother, sister, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, her sister Donna Lynn Lentz, and her brother Donald “Chip” Lentz, Jr. Marcia’s spirit will continue to live on through her son, Jason Don McDougald, her sister, Cynthia Lentz Freer, and her grandsons, Ethan and Samuel McDougald.
In honoring her memory, the family has chosen not to hold a service at this time, but they invite all who knew and loved Marcia to remember her in their own special way. Whether through a kind word, a shared memory, or a moment of reflection, her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.
