Funeral for Marcia Lynn Smith, 54, of Athens will be Saturday, April 13, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Ms. Smith, who passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Athens-Limestone Hospital, was born November 2, 1958, in Memphis, Tennessee, to James Earl and Douglas Smith. She was a member of Lindsay Lane Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Ronnie Smith and Donnie Smith.
Survivors include two brothers, Lewis Smith and wife, Sharon, of Salem and Mike Smith and wife, Betty Ferrell Smith of Athens.
