Marcelene Smith Franks, 69, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Hatton Church of Christ. The funeral will be noon Saturday at the church, with burial in Providence Cemetery. She was a member of Hatton Church of Christ. Lawrence Funeral Home is directing.
