A visitation for Ms. Maranda Sellers Quinn, age 26 of Daviston, will be held on Monday, February 3, 2025 beginning at 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
Ms. Sellers passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025 at UAB Hospital. She was born in Birmingham, lived in Autaugaville until the age of 5, where she moved to Clay County. She attended Central High School. Maranda was a child at heart, had a good sense of humor, and was giving and loving to her family and friends. She enjoyed watching cartoons on TV, listening to music, and talking to her friends on Facebook. Maranda was passionate about animals and loved going to the zoo. She also loved to swim when she was able, and go shopping.
Ms. Quinn is survived by her father, Jimmy Wayne Sellers (Susan Forman) of Daviston; her half-brother, Brandon McClellan (Dia) of Jacksonville, FL; her aunt, Vickie Knepper (Randall) of Lineville; Uncle, Terry Sellers (Debbie) of Hollis Crossroads; plus a host of other extended family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Bernice Capps Sellers; her grandmother, Barbara Baird Price; and her great-grandmother, Willie Mae Carter.
Potted plants and cut flowers are accepted.
