Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Manuel “Buzz” Costa, age 80 of Winchester, TN. Following his retirement from the U. S. Navy he made his home in numerous places, settling in Winchester in 2004. He owned B’s Electric and later Buzz’s Guns in Winchester. Being at sea for many years while in the Navy, he had an affinity for the ocean. He also enjoyed riding his Harley and fishing. Mr. Costa is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Samanica Costa; his father, Manuel Costa; 5 sisters. He is survived by his long-time companion and devoted care-giver, Marie Armstrong; daughters, Jeralita Costa, Rietta Costa and Charvette Cost, all of Marysville, WA; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; 5 sisters.
