Man Escapes From Madison County Work Release…Still At Large

HUNTSVILLE– Matthew Alton Meggs, age 37 escaped from a work release detail today, June 18.

Meggs  stole a  White Chevy Suburban with a Blue Alabama tag and a Madison County Emblem on the door the numbers 629 over the emblem Alabama tag 37938CO.  The SUV was taken from  from 6156 Pulaski Pike in Huntsville. His whereabouts is unknown at this time.
