Mamie Lou Clark 87, of Tuscumbia, AL passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday August 2, 2017 at the Sunnyside Church of God. Burial will be in Tuscumbia Oakwood Cemetery. Donald Davis will officiate.
Mamie loved to quilt and was a member of the Sunnyside Church of God.
She is preceded in death by her husband Loyd Clark, son Doug Clark, daughters Brenda King and Sandra Claunch, brother Tommy Davis, sister Ruby Michael, and great-grandson Ryan Borden.
Survivors are: son Dennis Clark; brothers: Gene Davis, Donald (Butch) Davis, and Melvin Davis; sisters: Geneva Willingham and Olavee Payne; grandchildren: Susan Holt (Randy), David Clark (Donna), Amy Borden (Rodney), Ashley Joiner (Misty), Angel Akers (Shane), Joseph Clark (Ann), Joshua Clark (Meredith), Julie Beaudry (Ross), and A’ndrea Hale (Clay); 14 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be David Clark, Ashley Joiner, Joseph Clark, Joshua Clark, Tony King, and Rodney Borden.
The family would like to thank Alacare Hospice and niece Lillian for the care of our mother.
