Mamie Eulynn McConnell Williams, age 88, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at her sons’ residence. Mrs. Williams was born May 14, 1931 in Limestone County to Leo Tonice McConnell and Vona Lee Adams McConnell.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Williams will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with Mike Kelley officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 11, 2019 from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
Preceded in death by her father, Leo Tonice McConnell; mother, Vona Lee Adams McConnell; brothers, Billy, Ozalee and Tonice McConnell; husband Hubert Leon Williams; daughter, Donna Sue Williams Campbell.
She is survived by her son, Donnie Williams and wife Wynell (Nell); daughters, Darlene Thomas and Ella Jean Funk and husband Stephen; brother, Roger McConnell; sisters, Eloise Bradford and Doris Bobo; grandchildren, Theresa Gatlin (Steve), Erica Crunk (Steven), Jacqueline Pack (David), Lawinda Williams, Suzanne Collins (Tony), Deidra Williams and Dusten Campbell; great grandchildren, Stuart Gatlin (Lori), Jason Gatlin (Kristin), Carson Crunk, Breanna Pack, D.J. Pack and Dylan Pack, Kristen Collins, Kolden Collins, Christopher Collins, Jayden Campbell, Kannen Lewis and Cruz Campbell; great-great grandchildren, Wyatt Gatlin, Garrett Gatlin, Clara Grace Gatlin and Levi Gatlin.
Pallbearers are Mike Williams, Brad Williams, Darren McConnell, Tony Smallwood, Steven Crunk and Steve Gatlin. Honorary pallbearers are Dusten Campbell and Carson Crunk.
