Maggie Genan Grimes, 71 years old, of Moulton passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Parkway Medical Center. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Lawrence Funeral Home with Gary Ashley officiating. The funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Lawrence Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Jones Chapel Cemetery Cemetery.
Genan loved to cook, gardening in her flowers and spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her son; Theron Addison Grimes, her brother; William “Bill” Terry, two sisters;Sally Genevieve Terry and Francis Genell Brooks, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Aaron and Syble Terry, two brother-n-laws; Clayborn Terry and Bill Brooks, and one sister-n-law; Barbara Terry.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family extends special thanks to NHC, Parkway Medical Center and Decatur West.
