Funeral services for Maebell Meeks, 77 of Michie, TN are set for Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 2pm at Pisgah Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 12pm-2pm at Pisgah Methodist Church in Counce. Bro. Paul Childers will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Jason Meeks, Landon Meeks, Miles Meeks and Ian Meeks. Born May 11, 1947 in Counce, TN., Maebell passed from this life on Friday, January 10, 2025 in Savannah, TN. She was of the Methodist faith and a homemaker. She loved her family and spending time with them especially her grandchildren and enjoyed photography, cooking and woodworking. Maebell is survived by her son, Jason Meeks (Tara) ; 2 grandchildren, Landon Meeks and Lilli Meeks ; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Jimmy Wayne Meeks; son , Anthony “Tank” Meeks; father, Clay Childers; mother, Ruth Childers and her brother, Jim Henry Childers.
