MADISON-On June 17, 2015, at approximately 10:00 PM, Madison Police Officers responded to a report of a subject found floating in a pond at 200 Colonial Lake Drive. Officers found a deceased white female at this location and are currently working a death investigation. Detectives are awaiting the preliminary results of an autopsy this morning. This is an on-going investigation and further information is not available for release at this time.
Madison Police Officers are still attempting to notify family members. The name of the deceased will not be released until these notifications are made.
The Madison Police Department will provide an update as more information becomes available.
