Madison Police arrest local man for soliciting a child over the internet

MADISON-The Madison Police made an arrest on Thursday, April 9th.  They arrested one man on charges of Solicitation of a Child.  Here is how the Madison Police describe the events:

“The Madison Police Department arrested 25 year old Justin David Beatty today for one count of Electronic Solicitation of a Child. He was arrested at his residence at 117 Royal Dr. in Madison. An ongoing investigation revealed he had solicited a child under the age of 16 to send nude photographs of themselves over the internet. Beatty was taken to the Madison County jail on $100,000 bond. Beatty was previously arrested in 2012 for Possession of Child Pornography.
The investigation is still active and more charges may be pending.”
