Madelyn Hodum Profile PhotoA Celebration of Life service for Madelyn Hodum, 88, of Corinth, Mississippi, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Magnolia Funeral Home – South. Interment will follow in Magnolia Gardens. Visitation will take place from 11:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Bro. Levi Burcham will officiate. Madelyn was born on April 23, 1937, in Tazewell, Tennessee, and graduated high school, marking the beginning of a journey that would see her navigate the skies as a stewardess with American Airlines, where she provided comfort and service to countless passengers. Her time as a model for Ford Motor Company added another dimension to her vibrant life, showcasing her poise and charisma. Those who knew her would agree that her joyful spirit and determination were a testament to her remarkable character. In later years, Madelyn found solace and a sense of belonging at Binghamtown Baptist Church in Middlesboro, KY. She passed away on November 27, 2025 at Diversicare in Ripley, MS. Madelyn’s family and friends will hold her memory close as they reflect on the years spent with her, celebrating her kindness, laughter, and zest for life. Those left to honor Madelyn’s memory include her husband of 30 years, Travis Hodum; her brother, William Raft Clark; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ross and Jeanette Clark; and her sisters, Lillian Clark, Beatrice Bradford, Alta Street, Billie Jean Omar, Della Reseko, Patricia Mason. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Madelyn Hodum.
