Mable Taylor Newton, age 80 of Five Points, Tennessee died October 12, 2012. Mrs. Newton was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a homemaker, and a member of Five Points Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include: 1 Son- Brent Newton & wfe Shelia of Leoma, TN; 1 Daughter- Kathy Lanning & husband Bob of Lawrenceburg, TN; Daughter in law- Shirley Newton of Five Points, TN; 1 Brother- E.W. “Bud” Taylor of Summertown, TN; 3 Sisters- Esteline Smith of Liberty Grove, TN; Carol Ann Taylor of Summertown, TN; Trick Brown of Five Points, TN; Sister in law- Joyce Michael of Five Points, TN; 6 Grandsons- Jason Williams, Chris Newton, Jeremy Newton, Josh Pollock, Derrick Newton, & Tyler Newton; 2 Great Grandsons- Preceded in death by: Husband- James Royce Newton, Parents- Estes & Lucy Taylor; 2 Sons- Donnie Wayne Newton & Terry Wade Newton; Brother- J.T. “Pete” Taylor.
Visitation- 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at Loretto Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service- 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 15, 2012 at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Brother Jimmy Nave officiating. Burial to follow in Second Creek Cemetery.
