Mable Ilean Kirkpatrick Pierce, age 85, Haleyville, AL. (Pebble Community), passed away Wednesday February 28, 2024 at her home. She was a member of Waldrop Freewill Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Friday March 1, 2024 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service Saturday March 2, 2024 at 1:00PM at Liberty Chapel Freewill Baptist Church (Oak Grove Community), she will lie in state from 12:00NOON – 1:00PM at the church. Speaking at the service will be Jerry Plott, Delmer Duboise, Dale Galloway, Brian Galloway, Adam Pinkard and Adrian Pinkard. Burial to follow in Liberty Chapel Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Orbie Pierce; daughters, Rebecca (Chester) Hood and Dean (Danny) Pinkard; brother, Daniel (Ila) Kirkpatrick; sister in law, Virginia Kirkpatrick; grandsons, Dale (Amanda) Galloway, Shawn (fiance`, Amy) Galloway, Adrian (Myra) Pinkard and Brian (Heather) Galloway and Adam (Jessica) Pinkard; 9 great grandchildren; and caregiver, Penny McGee.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Millard and Eula Kirkpatrick; and brother, Wendell Kirkpatrick.
