Lydia Whitt Chandler, 64, of Ardmore, Alabama passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022 at her home. She was born Friday, October 4, 1957 in Fayetteville, Tennessee to Loyd “Jack” Whitt, Sr. and Mary B Marshall Whitt.
Lydia loved her grandsons, enjoyed doing puzzles, riding motorcycles with her husband, Tom and spending time with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her husband, Tom Chandler of Ardmore, AL; daughter, Haley Chandler (Keith) Luper of Mandeville, LA; mother, Mary B Marshall Whitt; brother, Loyd (Heather) Whitt, Jr. of Ardmore, AL; grandsons, Justin and Nathan Luper; niece, Lindsey (Jordan) Miller of Athens, AL; great nephew, Samuel Miller; and numerous extended family and friends.
Visitation and Funeral Services will be Sunday, August 21, 2022 with Visitation being from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with the Service following at 3:00 PM in the Chapel. Burial will follow at Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
Pallbearers will be Keith Luper, Justin Luper, Nathan Luper, Loyd Whitt, Jr., Jordan Miller and Rick Weir.
