Lydia Sue (Cayton) Wells passed away Friday morning, January 12th in Lawrenceburg TN. She was born in Harrisville, West Virginia and was 78 years old.
She was a longtime member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints and served many different callings within the church. She was retired from Civil Service as an executive secretary. She was a retired State of Tennessee inspector, and a licensed electrician. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and GIGI. Her hobby that she absolutely loved was breeding and raising many different types of lap dogs.
Visitation will be Monday, January 15th from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00pm in the chapel with Bishop Hughes officiating.
She was preceded in death by:
Husband- James Auburn Wells
Parents – Newton Harley Cayton and Mary Lucille Cayton
Grandson- Joseph Orrey Shelton
Brothers, Donald B Cayton and Maurice “Moe” Cayton
She is survived by;
Son, Clifford Wayne Robinson of Corbin, KY.
Daughters, Connie (Atanasio) Rodriguez of Pulaski.
Tracy Sue (Jeff) Chapman of Pulaski
5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 3 very special cousins also survive.
