Luther Robert Palmer, Jr, age 87, of Madison, passed away on Tues., Oct. 25, 2016.
The memorial service for Mr. Palmer will be Nov. 13 at 11:00 a.m. at Oakwood University Church in Huntsville, AL. Friends and relatives will have an opportunity to give reflections on Elder Palmer’s life and ministry.
