Luther Glen Smith, 96, of Iuka, MS, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2020, at his residence. Glen enjoyed being outdoors, including fishing, gardening, and piddling. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, officiated by Lance Foster and Bro. Roger Wood. Pallbearers will include Carl, Marty, Darron, Josh, David, Chase, Cotton Wade, Billy Rainey, Scott Segars, Danny Wood, Keri Wood, and Mike Mars. Interment will follow in Snowdown Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, March 4, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife of 76 years, Nettie McAnally Smith; three daughters; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends; and his faithful dog, Molly. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister; a son; a daughter in law; and a granddaughter. Donations may be made in Glen’s honor to the Iuka Church of Christ.
