Lurlie Mink, 94, died Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Generations of Red Bay. She was born June 3, 1923 in Arkansas and was a homemaker. She was a member of Vina First Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be Saturday, January 20, 4 p.m. at Berry Cemetery, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Ray Kirk officiating. Burial will be in Berry Cemetery, Red Bay, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by six grandchildren; one sister – Velma Spreags, Tampa, FL; her nephew and caregiver – L.V. Russell, Vina, AL and a host of other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Void Mink, two children, Olis Mink and Mildred Mink, one grandchild and five brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 20, 2:30 – 4 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
