Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Lurlene Beggs, 80, will be Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Red Oak Cemetery with Rev. James Barnes officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Beggs died on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at her residence. She was born May 14, 1936, in Morgan County to Archie Rochester Swader and Vida Lurene Simms Swader. For many years she was a homemaker and in the workforce until she retired. She focused more on taking care of her family and loved spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids. She as an avid Quilter and loved to be outdoors. She will be missed dearly by all. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Doyle “Buddy” Swader and Cecil Swader, and one granddaughter: Sandy Egan all of Somerville.
